  Same day shipping for orders placed prior to Noon Pacific Time is not a guarantee, but is our policy.  Sometimes it is not possible due to other commitments. Most items ordered prior to Noon Pacific Time are shipped the same business day.
  

  At this time, Parts RV Hydronic Heater Repair ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.

  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  There is a shipping fee included in the price of coolant that is on this website because it is so heavy and must be shipped via FedEx.

  Orders Under $50.00 - $10.00 Flat Rate Shipping

  Standard Shipping: Most shipping is by US Mail Priority.  Post Office says 2-3 business days for delivery.  United Parcel Service, or FedEx shipping is available to any street address within the contiguous United States, however may not be free.  If you do not specify shipping method, then it is my choice.
  

  Orders placed by Noon Pacific Time, normally ship the same day.
  
  Expedited Shipping: United Parcel Service and FedEx Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day and USPS Express Mail deliveries are available.  I do not have daily pickup.  Your order must be prepared, then driven to the closest drop off point.  If you place order prior to Noon Pacfic Time online, then I will make every effort to get your order shipped the same day.  If you have questions call me directly at (916) 214-6518 to make arrangements.

  If order is received by Noon Pacific Time then shipping is provided at my actual shipping cost.

  If order for expedited shipping (to be shipped same day) is received between noon and 3:00 pm Pacific Time, and 5:00 pm shipping deadline is available, then expedited shipping is provided at actual shipping cost plus $50.00 fee.  CALL ME - (916) 214-6518 to place order.

  All parts have 6-month from date of purchase exchange warranty. Defective items will be repaired or replaced during the 6-month warranty period. Customer is responsible for paying all warranty related shipping charges. Prior warranty return authorization required. Defective items must be returned for inspection before any warranty replacement will be provided. A service charge will apply for any items returned without prior authorization, or for any items that are found to be operating properly. Evidence of abuse, alteration, physical damage, improper installation, excess voltage, reverse polarity, short circuit, or voltage spike voids warranty.

  You may return new, unopened items sold within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
  
  You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

  Partial Refunds
  Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:

  Contact us by phone or email for Return Authorization Number (RMA) and prepaid mailing label.
  
  We will email you a mailing label so that you can return the item to us. If you use this mailing label and the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll pay the return shipping costs.
  
  If you use this mailing label and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund. The amount deducted will be equivalent to our actual shipping cost for that item.
